Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring subscription using the cancellation controls available in your account, where provided, or by contacting support. Cancellation normally prevents future renewals and does not automatically reverse charges already incurred for the current billing period.

Digital Service

TrendRelay is a digital software service. Because access to digital functionality may begin immediately after purchase, refunds are handled according to the applicable plan terms and applicable law.

Refund Requests

Where a refund is available, requests should be submitted promptly with the account email and transaction reference. Approved refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged twice or charged incorrectly, contact support promptly with the relevant transaction details so the issue can be reviewed.

Broker Trading Losses

Subscription fees are separate from trading outcomes. TrendRelay does not refund trading losses, brokerage charges, exchange fees, slippage or other losses resulting from use of a strategy, signal, broker connection or automated execution, except where required by applicable law.

Plan-Specific Terms

If a particular subscription plan has additional refund or trial terms, those terms will be disclosed before purchase and will apply to that plan.
