Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of TrendRelay, a software platform for charting, technical analysis, custom indicators and strategies, backtesting, alerts and rule-based trading automation.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By creating an account or using TrendRelay, you agree to these Terms. You must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Technology Platform; No Investment Advice

TrendRelay provides software and analytical functionality. It does not provide personalized investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage, clearing or custody services through the website or software.

Signals and strategy outputs are generated from user-selected, user-created or predefined technical rules and configurations. They are not a promise or recommendation that a transaction should be made.

3. Custom Indicators and Strategies

TrendRelay may allow users to import or create indicator and strategy configurations using structured JSON. Users may generate such JSON manually or with third-party AI models or coding tools. The user is responsible for reviewing, validating and testing imported logic. TrendRelay does not guarantee that user-provided or third-party-generated configurations are correct, suitable, secure or profitable.

4. Broker Connections and Automated Execution

Users may connect their own broker accounts through supported integrations. A user may select one connected broker account for a strategy for automated execution at a time. When enabled, TrendRelay may transmit orders generated by that strategy to the selected and authorized broker account, subject to broker, exchange, API and applicable regulatory requirements.

TrendRelay is not the user's broker and does not hold user funds or securities. Orders may be delayed, rejected, partially filled, cancelled or executed at unexpected prices. Users remain responsible for their broker relationship and all resulting trades.

5. Live and Dry Run Modes

Dry Run or simulation features do not place real orders. Live mode may transmit real orders when properly configured and authorized. Users must review strategy, symbol, quantity, risk and execution settings before enabling Live mode.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use TrendRelay to violate applicable law, broker or exchange rules, interfere with the service, circumvent security controls, misuse credentials, or submit unauthorized orders.

7. Availability and Third Parties

TrendRelay depends on third-party market-data providers, brokers, exchanges, hosting services and internet infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or third-party connectivity.

8. Fees and Subscriptions

Prices, billing periods, taxes and renewal terms are presented at checkout or in the applicable plan. Paid subscriptions may renew according to the selected plan unless cancelled in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

TrendRelay software, branding, website content and platform technology are owned by or licensed to TrendRelay, except for content and configurations supplied by users or third parties.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, TrendRelay disclaims warranties regarding uninterrupted service, data accuracy, strategy performance, profitability and successful order execution.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TrendRelay is not responsible for losses arising from trading decisions, market movements, leverage, user configuration, third-party AI output, broker/API failures, connectivity issues or automated execution. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Changes and Termination

We may modify features, integrations or these Terms from time to time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal, regulatory or operational reasons.
